4th Wage Subsidy Round Opened 1 October and closes 11.59PM on Thursday 14th October
You should have received an email asking you to apply.
If you applied for the third Wage Subsidy #3, you must wait two weeks before you can apply for the new Wage Subsidy #4, even if you haven't been paid. If you apply before this your application will be declined. If you applied and were eligible for the Wage Subsidy #3, MSD will email you to tell you when you can apply for the new Wage Subsidy #4.

REVENUE DECLINE TEST
Your business must meet the revenue decline test:
Your business is being or will be affected by the continuation of Alert Levels 3 or 4 from 17 August 2021.
Your business has had, or you predict will have, a decline in revenue that can be attributed to the effect of the continuation of Alert Levels 3 and 4 from 17 August 2021 that is at least a 40% decline between 28 September 2021 and 11 October 2021 inclusive (this is the revenue test period), compared to a typical 14 consecutive days of revenue in the six weeks immediately before to the move to Alert Level 4 on 17 August 2021 (this is the default comparator period).
If your business has highly seasonal revenue, you must have at least 40% decline over the revenue test period compared to the same 14 consecutive days in 2020 or 2019 provided you can demonstrate that the seasonal nature of your business makes it harder to meet the 40% revenue decline using the default comparator period
The calculations and comparisons above cannot include any payments made to you from:
this subsidy and other COVID-19 wage subsidy schemes
the Short-term Absence Payment
the Leave Support Scheme
the COVID-19 Essential Workers Leave Support scheme
the COVID-19 Resurgence Support Payment
the COVID-19 Small Business Cashflow scheme.

RESURGENCE PAYMENT
You should have applied for the RSP 2 by now. If you have not then you can still apply:
From Friday 8th October at 9.00 AM you could apply for RSP 3.
"If the increase in alert levels lasts for more than 7 days, you can choose a different start date for the 7-day period where your business or organization has experienced a drop in revenue. The total 7-day period must be within the increased alert level period."
Businesses and organizations can apply for the 3rd payment even if they have received the 1st and 2nd payment. Applications for all payments will stay open until 1 month after the whole of New Zealand returns to alert level 1.
